BOOKINGS

Bookings are essential, as we have limited capacity within the play space. You’re always welcome to pop in to see if we have space for you, though we can’t guarantee it.

SIBLING DISCOUNT

Absolutely – after your initial booking, a 25% discount is offered for additional children. Use code SIBLING25 at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS

We get it – things pop up and children get sick. If you need to cancel a booked session, we request 3 hours notice if you need to cancel your booking.
